See Food

Eating see food is good for people'shealth, becouse it contains phosphorus and few fat. Ingeneral,eachperson shoud eat at least one meal awaak. My family like eating see food. We dicieded to have see food meal every friday. We like to cook different kind of fish and shrimpin different wayseither fried or grilled, spicy or mild, and we eat it with different kind of sides like rice, frensh fries, salad and soup. See food sources are Red see in the west and Arabian Gulf in the east. They have diffrent kind of fish and tastes.
However, we try to eat many kind of food in aweek to get more benefit for our bodies and minds. We have to be helthy all the time and try to get helthy food every day.
